What are the move-in costs?

To move in, we require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. Please note there is a $10 application fee per applicant to process your background check and credit check.

Do you offer individual or joint leases?

We primarily rent by the unit, which means we utilize a joint lease. In this structure, you and your roommates sign one lease agreement together for the entire apartment. However, we occasionally offer individual leases for specific units at our discretion.

Are the units furnished?

Our units come unfurnished, giving you the freedom to customize your space and make it feel like home.

What appliances are included?

Every apartment features a full suite of modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven/range, and dishwasher. Most importantly, all units include a private washer and dryer.

Which utilities am I responsible for?

For those on a joint lease, residents are responsible for all utilities. You will set up electricity directly with EWEB (Eugene Water & Electric Board), while water, sewer, and common area electric are billed to you monthly and can be paid via the online portal. For the residents on an individual lease, all utilities are conveniently included in your rental amount.

Is Wi-Fi included?

Wi-Fi is not included in the rent. Residents are responsible for setting up their own internet service. This allows you to choose the speed and data plan that best fits your study and gaming needs.

Is on-site parking available?

Yes, we offer convenient on-site parking for our residents. Given our prime location just one block from the UO campus, these spots are highly coveted. Parking is limited and can be reserved for $60 per month.
